Round opens Tuesday 27 October 2026

Code and company records from one software company

Six lots from one owner: a B2B software company in business for more than ten years, with most of its staff in India. Its records are in English. The code figures come from Repo Check reports the owner ran on each repository (metrics only); the record figures come from the owner's data inventory. Large figures are rounded.

  • about 290 Repositories
  • about 5 million Original lines of code
  • about 70,000 Support tickets
  • about 4 TB Documents and email

How the round works

  1. Lots A to F go to buyers on Tuesday 27 October. Quote on any lot, on several together, or pass.

  2. Rightmark asks for quotes or passes within five business days, and for best and final offers three business days after that.

  3. Licenses are non-exclusive by default. Please quote each lot two ways: a non-exclusive license, and an exclusive window of 3 to 6 months.
