- Register first
- Share your Scout link, or register each owner in your Scout portal, before you pitch: company, website and contact. The first valid touch wins, and an introduction is protected for 12 months.
- Owners never pay
- Rightmark pays Scouts from its own income. Nothing is deducted from owners, so their payouts do not change.
- Quarterly statements
- Paid quarterly, within 15 days of quarter end, from cleared funds only, with a statement.
- No tiers
- The same rates from your first owner. No tiers, and nothing paid on Scouts you recruit.
- Be open with owners
- Tell every owner you introduce that we pay you. Never send owners to buyers or bounty programs yourself, and never promise an owner a price.
- Conflicts need approval
- If you work for or advise the owner, as an employee, officer, director, bankruptcy trustee, receiver, lawyer, accountant or other advisor, we pay you only with the owner’s written approval, or the approval of the court or creditors where they decide, and you must disclose the payment to them.
- No inducements
- Never offer or pass on any payment or benefit to anyone at the owner, or acting for it, to win an introduction.
Think of it this wayIt works like a record label with scouts. The artist keeps the masters, the label places each track where it fits best, and the scout who found the artist is paid from the label’s income, never the artist’s.
