What the data is for
- Teaching agents how office work gets done: who asked, who answered, what broke and how it got fixed
- Training agents to coordinate, follow up and escalate across tools
What we check before data joins
- Names and identifiers are masked while the links between records are kept
- Client-confidential threads are filtered out unless the client consents
- Each tool's terms are checked for export and use rights before anything moves
