How accurate is the appraisal?
It is an indicative range built from public prices in the Rightmark Price Index and your answers, with a confidence level. A verified range follows after review, and a firm offer can follow after an NDA, scans and due diligence.
Do you need my files or system access?
No. The appraisal uses your answers only. With scripts on, they stay in your browser until you ask for a reviewed estimate, choose to save your result, or make a share card. Without scripts, the page reloads with them in its address to price them. For code, Repo Check measures a repository on your own computer and shares one file of model inputs, names from a fixed vocabulary, one short label you choose and a repository id: never your code, and nothing that identifies a person.
