About the appraisal

How accurate is the appraisal?

It is an indicative range built from public prices in the Rightmark Price Index and your answers, with a confidence level. A verified range follows after review, and a firm offer can follow after an NDA, scans and due diligence.

Do you need my files or system access?

No. The appraisal uses your answers only. With scripts on, they stay in your browser until you choose to send them. Without scripts, the page reloads with them in its address to price them. For code, Repo Check measures a repository on your own computer and shares numbers only.

Is the appraisal free?

Yes, with no obligation. There is no upfront cost to owners.

What happens after I send it?

Once sending opens, we will review your answers against the Price Index and public deal records and reply with a verified range, the likely routes and the next steps.

Can a Scout or advisor submit for an owner?

Yes, once sending opens. Scouts register the owner with us first and disclose their referral relationship when they submit.
